SCAFFOLD ERECTION & INSPECTION

This Training Course covers the scope of work to plan the job, select and inspect the equipment, set up tasks, erect scaffold, and scaffold equipment, and dismantle scaffold and scaffold equipment. This training course aims to provide participants with the opportunity to become competent in applying the
skills, knowledge, and attitudes associated with the safe erection/dismantling of scaffolding systems & tubing fitting scaffolds.

Day 1:
  • Introduction to Scaffolding
  • Various types of scaffolds
  • General safety requirements
  • Foundations, fall protection,
    platforms, etc
  • Accepted international code.
  • Step by step assembly procedures
  • Inspection of completed scaffolds.
  • Field trip/hands-on.
  • Design of Scaffolds
  • Risk assessment, Identifying hazards
Day 2:
  • Planning a scaffold job
  • Underhung Scaffolds
  • Drawings
  • Material Calculation
  • Calculation of Loading.
  • Applications
  • Review of previous material
  • Testing
  • Review of Test
Day 3:
  • Introduction to Metal Scaffolding
  • Types and classification of a scaffold system
  • Basic definition, terminology, and materials for metal scaffold
  • Requirements for ties and braces
  • Static and mobile tower scaffold and their requirements
  • Safety in the erection and dismantling of the modular scaffold
  • Rules and regulations in erection and dismantling
Day 4:
  • Step by step assembly procedures
  • Testing on Classroom Portion
Day 5:
  • Review of Test
  • Hands-On Erection
Duration:

5 Days training Course 

  • 2 Days Inspection 
  • 3 Days Erection + Examination
CERTIFICATE:

Upon successfully completing the course participants will be awarded a certificate from “Scaffolding Training Institute” From United States of America.
