About the Course:
Welding Training plus WQT is more than a rewarding career. It involves great responsibility and remarkable skill demonstration. The WQT certificate is granted by Citadel Engineering Company, an ISO/IEC 17020 accredited entity and authorized inspectors.
Remark:
At the End of the Course, the Trainees will be asked to perform a Welding Qualification Test related to the mentioned methods. A few Welds will be performed on Different Surfaces, the Weld Samples will be collected by Citadel Company, and a series of Non-destructive tests will be applied to them. In case Citadel-qualified Welders Find the Quality of trainees’ Weld Acceptable and above, WQT Certificate will be issued.

- Welding specimen preparation.
- Selecting the proper Electrodes in welding
- Common electrodes
- Accessories & Start-Up Grinding and Welding.
- Welding common defects and how to resolve them.
- Welding five basic weld joint design
- Welding positions and Parts of Weld
- Fillet weld (on Sheet)
- 6G Weld (on Pipe)
- Performing weddings as per approved WPS.
- Welding difference Weld beads
- Identifying defects and welding problems.
- Rectification of the welding defects.
- Using welding for purposes.
- Performing weddings as per approved WPS.

Five total days:
Four days of practical training plus one day of WQT
